How do I start a free trial?
Download VantaHaus from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and your free trial begins automatically with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
How do I generate a report?
Open an inspection, capture your photos and deficiency notes as you walk the property, then tap Generate Report. AIM compiles your findings into a formatted, shareable report you can review, edit, and send to your client.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Select VantaHaus and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Profile tab in the app, or by email request. See our Account & Data Deletion page for full steps and details on what is deleted versus retained.
