You can permanently delete your VantaHaus account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the Profile tab in VantaHaus.
Tap "Delete account permanently."
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Prefer email?

Send a request from your account email address to support@aiminspectif.ai with the subject "Delete my account." We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile and login credentials
All inspections, reports, photos, and notes you created
Client records you entered
Analytics identifiers associated with your account

What is retained, and for how long

Financial and transaction records (e.g., subscription/payment history) may be retained up to 7 years where required by tax and accounting law. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
